Certain features, such as a detailed report, may require payment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials associated with your purchase and for all activity that occurs under your access.

4. Payments

Prices for paid features are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. All content, questions, designs, logos, and software that make up the Service are owned by BrainsWise or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not use our content without prior written consent.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the feature giving rise to the claim.
